Joe Miller is a New York City-based yoga and movement instructor with a focus on anatomy and movement. He has been a leading voice in the yoga anatomy space for over 2 decades, bringing his instruction across the U.S. and internationally. He completed his initial yoga teacher training at OM Yoga Center in New York in 2000, then went on to earn a masters degree in applied physiology at Columbia University. He is a leading voice when it comes to yoga, anatomy and physiology, with published articles and interviews in various print and online publications.
